ITSHEMP is an online platform that works with brands and consumers to enable the mainstream adoption of a cannabis lifestyle. The Brand Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining smooth working relations with different brands on ITSHEMP and sister platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers.
- Act as the ‘business manager’ for assigned brand(s), possessing a complete understanding of the brand’s product range, commission percentage, etc.
- Work with the assigned brand(s) and their stakeholders to solve business or technical challenges they face on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure smooth operations and communications between assigned brand(s) and their respective customers.
- Develop sales plans that help assigned brand(s) reach targets.
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues w.r.t to the assigned brand(s).
- Encourage high sales and good customer service practices for assigned brand(s).
The Ideal Candidate
You are an ideal candidate for this role if you have:
- The ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to think strategically and analyse and solve problems quickly.
- Working understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Good written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- A background in customer service or sales is a plus.
