 ITSHEMP is an online platform that works with brands and customers to enable the mainstream adoption of a cannabis lifestyle. The Consultations Operations intern will be responsible for coordinating with doctors to ensure that patients receive timely consultation and prescriptions.

Duties & Responsibility

Daily responsibilities of consultations operations include:

1. Consolidate online appointments for practitioners from various platforms.
2. Coordinate with registered practitioners and keep them informed about their consultations and bookings.
3. Follow-up with medical practitioners to ensure that the consultations are completed smoothly and efficiently.
4. Maintain, track and update consultations statuses for bookings on the platforms.
5. Collect, consolidate and maintain prescription and purchase data for various customers.
6. Share the prescription over e-mail it to respective customers, and guide them in selecting products when required.
7. Update logs, financial data, and balance sheets for accounts using relevant software (training will be provided).
8. Host and manage various online and offline CMEs to engage medical practitioners.
9. Create, manage and maintain practitioner profiles and keep relevant information updated on various platforms.
10. Work closely with compliance team, sales team, and other operations resources to improve processes.

The Ideal Candidate

2. Strong analytical and organisational skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and listening skills.
5. Strong computer proficiency.
6. Keenness to learn new software, as required.
