ITSHEMP is an online platform that works to enable the mainstream adoption of a cannabis lifestyle. The Growth & Business Development Lead will be responsible for the overall business growth of the company encompassing everything from product development to sales generation and negotiation, and closing deals.

  1. Prospecting potential customers through phone calls, emails, video conferences, in-person meetings, etc., as required.
  2. In-depth industry research to create business and growth plans.
  3. Onboarding various brands/vendors/seller/partners to the platform
  4. Building and managing a relation with new prospective partners. Selling products and/or services to those clients.
  5. Up-selling products and offering to the clients/partners and  managing a client’s portfolio.
  6. Identifying new development channels.
  7. Follow-up on sales.
  8. Promoting the company and its products and services.
  9. Update lead and prospect interaction in CRM and provide relevant feedback.
  10. Ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
  11. Work along with of the Sales & Support Team.

The Ideal Candidate:

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  1. A fair understanding of computers and all basic software.
  2. Expertise in Excel & Google Sheets
  3. Familiarity with PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and/or other presentation software.
  4. A strong business sense comprising a blend of innate behaviours such as interpersonal skills, instincts, willingness to convince, etc.
  5. Excellent organisational skills that allow you to manage several customers or sales processes simultaneously.
  6. A strong command of spoken and written English.
