Directions to use:
To begin your CBD journey, we recommend taking one or two drops daily, preferably at the same time each day; gradually increasing your intake until you find the right level for you.
To take a tincture, place the drops under your tongue and keep them there for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. We also recommend taking it with food to increase CBD absorption and bioavailability.
