  • Blend 1 cup chickpeas, 1.5 tbsp of hemp oil, and 2 teaspoons of sesame oil until smooth.

  • Crush 2 large garlic cloves and juice 2 lemons in a blender.
  • Add 250g of cooked chickpeas, 75g of hemp seeds, 2 tbsp hemp oil, 4 tbsp water, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon coriander.
  • Blend well until smooth.
  • Use as sandwich spread, dip, or topping!
