Every seller on the platform has partnered with a Shipping Agency of their choice. Once you place an order, the seller directly ships the products to your address.

Depending on your location and the shipping agency used, your orders should reach you within 3-5 days of dispatch. However, this timeline does not apply to international orders.

Yes, all the sellers on the marketplace can ship Internationally through their respective shipping partners. The shipping cost for orders shipped out of India is relatively higher.

Yes, shopping online with us is completely safe & secure. Any information you send or get through Its Hemp is private. We use Industry Grade SHA-256 with RSA Encryption to ensure that your data remains safe & secure.

Visit itshemp.in/store and choose from an extensive range of Hemp Products. Once you like something you would want to buy, click on Add to Basket button. Repeat the same for every product that you are looking forward to having. A pop-up Notification will appear each time you add a new product to the Basket. Once you’ve added your goods to the basket, click on the Cart Icon to check your collection. Go Ahead and click Checkout . Fill in your Shipping and Billing Details, add Coupon Codes if you have any, and click on place order. On the Payment Screen, choose your preferred mode of Payment from the available list and complete the payment to successfully make a purchase from the store.

No, you do not need an account to place an order. however, your account is automatically created when you place your first order. This allows you to keep a track of your orders and also reach out to us through support Tickets. Additionally, it allows us to help you stay up-to-date with new procuts, Brand Launches, Discounts and more. Having an account also, allows you to share reviews about the products that you’ve purchased.

Its Hemp does not allow you to cancel an order at the moment. We are actively working towards getting this feature integrated into the platform.

You will receive constant automatic updates with your order status from our end. You can track your orders through the link and tracking ID shared to you via SMS and on email. Alternatively, you can always reach out to us and request a status of your order.
