Ingredient: Hemp Seed Flour Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture. Usage: Use it to make crispy dosas, fluffy pooris, rotis, handmade bread, and baked goods like cookies, brownies, cupcakes, pancakes, muffins, and crepes. Hemp Flour is gluten-free, making it excellent for baking our favorite treats, thickening sauces, and preparing delectable breakfast and snacks. Hemp Flour is created by cold pressing the oil from hemp seeds; what remains is known as a ‘hemp cake.’ This hemp cake is delicately processed into our delectable, nutrient-dense hemp flour. One of the most notable advantages of hemp flour is its high level of soluble fiber. We can have our cake and eat it, too, by using hemp flour in our baking. Because hemp flour is gluten-free, it lacks the structural protein that helps to support baked foods. As a result, we propose replacing only a portion of the flour in a dish with hemps, such as 1/4 cup in dosas, pooris, rotis, baking muffins, or 10% in bread recipes. Let us not abandon our beloved brownie recipe because it is deemed ‘unhealthy.’ Instead, enhance that old cookbook recipe by adding 25%-30% hemp flour to the other baking flour and watch how it makes us feel.
