Many people are hesistant of trying CBD because it comes from the cannabis family of plants. But CBD is non psychoactive, non intoxicating etc. It has no psychological effect. Same as if you had a crocin you would not have any psychological effect. I have been taking it 3-4 times a day for anxiety and it is really amazing. For anxiety i wouuld say itas one of the best solutions. Anti anxiety medication has too many side effects and ruins quality of life.

For pain relief go for the strong variant only. I first bought medium and it wasnt as effective. Strong is doing very well. They should make this clear because I have had to buy 2 times just to find out whihc product is best for me

Been using for Rheumatoid Arthritis for the past 5 months. I have stopped pain killers. It takes 2-3 days to feel effects properly but once ot starts working, it is transformational. If you are not feeling effects, buy stronger dose. Initially i had bought Mild, it did not help so i bought medium and it worked. For pain they say choose a stronger variant
